I splashed out and bought a Nikon 85mm Tilt shift lens, she is a beauty but tricky to work with, it certainly need practice setting the sharp plane focus. The bottom line is that it allows the imagination another platform to work of. The idea being that as I master the creative look of the lens and can pre-conceive precisely the image I will achieve. I can then particularly search out images that will work both lighting composition and utilizing the tilt shift.
